About USIT
USIT is a Saudi company based in Jeddah. We supply and install vehicle tracking, staff attendance, temperature and humidity monitoring, thermal mapping and vehicle camera systems, and we connect the vehicles that need it to the Wasl platform of the Transport General Authority.
USIT is a Saudi company in Jeddah. We fit vehicles, buildings and cold stores with the hardware that answers three questions — where is it, how warm is it, and who turned up for work — and we keep that data reporting to the platforms the Kingdom asks you to report to.
Four systems, one installer
Most of our customers start with one of these and come back for a second. They are kept deliberately close together, because a truck that needs a tracker usually also needs a temperature probe, and a depot that needs attendance usually also needs cameras.
- Vehicle tracking — GPS units for cars, trucks, buses and rental fleets, including trackers with a camera.
- Staff attendance — fingerprint devices at the door, or the mobile attendance app when the work happens on site rather than in an office.
- Temperature and humidity monitoring — for cold chain, pharmacy and food storage, with thermal mapping and sensor calibration where the records have to stand up to an audit.
- Vehicle cameras and MDVR — multi-channel recording for fleets that need to see what happened, not just where it happened.
Wasl is not an afterthought here
If your vehicles carry passengers or goods commercially, the Transport General Authority expects to see them on the Wasl platform. We configure devices for Wasl at installation, handle the registration, link the tracker to the Authority, and watch the connection afterwards — because a device that quietly stops reporting is a compliance problem long before anyone notices it on a screen.
Jeddah, at 21.52° N · 39.18° E, working across Saudi Arabia. Being in the Kingdom is the practical part of this: a device that fails is replaced by someone who can drive to it, and a Wasl question is answered in the same working day rather than in a support queue in another time zone.
How a first installation usually goes
- We ask what you runVehicle count and type, the sites involved, and whether anything has to satisfy an authority or an auditor. This is the conversation that decides the hardware.
- We quote the setup, not a productDevices, fitting, SIM and platform, with the recurring cost separated from the one-off cost so you can see which is which.
- We fit and commissionInstallation at your depot or ours, then we confirm every unit is reporting — to your platform and, where it applies, to Wasl.
- We stay on the connectionIf a unit goes silent, we contact you. Coverage, calibration schedules and replacements are part of the service, not a separate ticket.
Talk to someone who installs these
Our sales team is in Jeddah and answers on WhatsApp during working hours. Tell us what you run and what you have been asked to prove, and we will tell you what the setup should be — including when the answer is that you do not need the larger system. Contact USIT.
